The warranty will be valid, only if you complete and send the warranty
certificate to B. Rizzini within 10 days of purchase and if you follow the
instructions in the gun's use and maintenance manual. B. Rizzini hereby warranties that this product was made with top
quality materials and workmanship. B. Rizzini hereby undertakes to repair or replace any parts found to be
faulty, provided that it is not the result of natural wear and tear,
negligence, inexperience, unforeseen circumstance, tampering or repair
work carried out by anyone not authorized by B. Rizzini & C. S. M. C. B. Rizzini may not be held liable under civil or criminal law for any
accidents or damage to persons or things caused by mishandling. This
warranty is only applicable to the original Purchaser who, in making any
claims, is required to fill in the warranty certificate attached and send
it by registered mail to Rizzini s.n.c. within 10 (ten) days from the date
of purchase. Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will be
made at the Rizzini s.n.c. factory. In case any difficulty or question, you should contact Rizzini s.n.c.
and provide an accurate account of the circumstances. Rizzini offers no express or implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness. |
